Adzes
These ground-side adzes differ from the axes in their depth, top use, and blade wear. Here's the gallery:
The first is made from slate, and has an extra clip/side for comfort.
These next two are made from mudstone.
I am unsure of the rock type for this last tool, but it could be basalt.
These all have the same basic shape and size. You can really feel the handholds in these palm-over types of stone tools.
